Returns and Refunds Policy

At Dax Markers, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return or refund.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued in the original form of payment (cash on delivery orders will be refunded via agreed method).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or customization reasons. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges

We may replace defective or damaged items with the same product, subject to availability. If the product is not available, a refund will be issued.
